Asian pear

Asian pear

Tree is in a red gravel yard beside a driveway. It appears to have two varieties of Asian pear, one early-ripening and one mid-ripening, with small to medium fruit good for snacking. Permission status is unclear — the owner has not responded to notes left at the property, so check before picking.
