Avocado, common pear

Avocado, common pear

An empty grass lot has two large Bartlett pear trees near the street: one about 15' tall with branches hanging near the road, the other 30'+ tall with mossy, harder-to-reach branches and abundant fruit. Further back is a tree at least 35' high with a low branch bearing roundish 1"-1.5" green fruit with a thin peelable rind, possibly an unidentified avocado variety.
