Electronic reader boards will direct Trick-or-Treat drivers to available parking sites; various No Parking zones and one-way traffic sections throughout the neighborhood

Long-running, large neighborhood trick-or-treat tradition (historically 1,000+ trick-or-treaters) coordinated with the City of Yakima and Yakima Police for street closures/parking.
