Free to attend. The only thing that requires tickets are carnival games & rides which can be purchased at the event.

Parking available at North Kitsap High & Middle School, Poulsbo Village shopping and medical center lots, and street parking; shuttle service available for $4 each way per person departing from North Kitsap High School
