Cactus, common apple

Huge apple tree over 20' tall, possibly Honeycrisp, producing large yellow and green apples with a slightly tart flavor and soft flesh when ripe in late June. The fruit falls to the road and goes to waste, and the owner has given permission to take it. A cactus garden with many prickly varieties runs along the eastern property line.
